Three days of learning and fun. Classes for beginners and intermediates available in your choice of kayaking or canoeing. They provide all equipment, certified instructors, local course transportation, meals, camping, and use of all base camp facilities.

THEIR RESERVATION POLICY: (Will apply to you, too)

Reservation by phone or email is necessary. Please book well in advance to secure your course. Registration is sometimes possible on short notice without a reservation; please contact us to determine if vacancies are available. A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation for any activity. To confirm, full payment must be received 30 days in advance of activity; deposit will be lost in the event cancellation is less than 30 days prior to reservation date. There is NO REFUND - CREDIT ONLY for any cancellation made less than 30 days before the course date. There is a 25% cancellation fee for any cancellation made 30 days or more before the course or trip date. We reserve the right to cancel any course or trip due to low registration, inclement weather, or extenuating circumstances. This cancellation may occur before or during the course or trip. In the event Equinox Adventures must cancel, we will attempt to register you in the next available course or trip that fits with your schedule. If rescheduling is not possible by Equinox Adventures or by you then Equinox Adventures will issue a full credit for a new date for the course or trip or a credit that can be applied toward the cost any of our other courses or trips. Weather or other natural environment reasons for cancellation are out of our control and a fact of outdoor based courses and trips and we can not be held responsible and as mentioned we will happily give a credit. A full refund will be given ONLY if the course or trip was cancelled due to low registration or other administration issues. Equinox Adventures is not responsible for any compensation involving expenses incurred by you (including but not limited to, travel, accommodation, or work lost costs) due to course or trip cancellation of any reason. Upon receiving your deposit, we will confirm your reservation by sending you an information package including a map and detailed information. WE ACCEPT: Visa or MasterCard by phone, or cheque or money order if received within 5 business days of course date.

All participants will be required to sign a waiver of liability to participate in any activity.

Costs listed do not include the surcharge or tax. A $17 surcharge per person for courses booked and a $17 surcharge per person per day of rafting for raft trips booked plus 5% G.S.T. will be applied. Surcharge will be applied to all free spaces.

I will register our members by August 1, 2010 so you must pay in full by that time. If the course is full, you will be refunded in full!
